Museums at Night
More than two thousand visitors came to PGE ARENA during the Museums at Night festival last year. This time, much more guests are expected – the more so that FUN ARENA tickets will be cheaper namely on Saturday night, May 16th.
The Museums at Night will start at PGE ARENA at 19:00 on Saturday. Guided tours will be setting off every 20 minutes, until 1:00 a.m. The Lechia Gdańsk Museum, with its collection of more than 1500 exhibits illustrating the 70-year history of the club, will be one of the tour stops.
Lechia Gdańsk Museum is not only dedicated football, but also to other disciplines – cycling, weightlifting, rugby, athletics or tennis – where Lechia was represented over the years. Usually, visitors are very much attracted to scale models of two stadiums - PGE ARENA and the old stadium in Traugutta street.
Furthermore, the PGE ARENA guests may also see a ball and a flag with autographs of FC BARCELONA players, including Leo Messi and Neymar, the match at the Gdańsk stadium having been the first game in Barcelona’s colours for the latter one. During the Museums at Night event, the tour ticket will cost a symbolic one zloty only. Tour participants will be encouraged to participate in contests and win prizes.
In addition, selected FUN ARENA attractions will be offered at a 20% discount from 19:00 to 01:00 a.m. Those interested in a less “museum-like” experience may enjoy a visit to the PitStop go-kart track or the NoGravity trampoline park, Zoltar electronic paintball sessions and ESCAPEROOMS adventure games.
During the last year’s Museums at Night festival, PGE ARENA was visited by 2014 people, although the event took place a month before the FUN ARENA amusement park opening. This is why this year’s attendance is expected to be much higher!
