“Couple-on-Couple” – Valentine’s Night at FUN ARENA
It took some power to take part in the Valentine’s competition at FUN ARENA
48 young people in love joined the “Couple-on-Couple” St. Valentine’s competition organized by FUN ARENA – the Tri-City’s largest sports and recreation centre at the PGE ARENA stadium.
Tasks seemed to be simple, but the appearances were deceptive. It was not permitted to shoot at other contestants at Zoltar Apokalipsa – the trick was to communicate in the darkness and to catch them unawares. The PitStop go-kart race was scored based on the shortest total time per couple. There were separate races for ladies and gentlemen, to even the chances and prevent gentlemen in love from pushing other ladies off the track. The game of dodge ball on NoGravity trampolines turned out to be the greatest surprise, since if combined with jumping it was a completely new experience, burning much more calories. The most ambitious contestants left the battlefield exhausted. “The organizers’ malicious trick” – this is how the participants referred to the tie-a-tie competition J, therefore the tug of war that followed appeared to be a nice relaxation.
The prizes included: a ticket for two to Marina Welness at Novotel hotel for the I-st place winners, an invitation to St.Valentine’s and Shrove Tuesday Party at T29 Sports Restaurant for the II-nd place and a one-month voucher to Befit Clubs for the III-red place.
The announcement that an extra prize would be awarded to the most smiley couple was received with a cheerful applause.
Concurrently, activities for singles were offered in other areas of FUN ARENA. A very dynamic and energetic Zumba workout conducted by two dancers and certified instructors, Ania Cegłowska and Aga Piotrowicz, attracted over 50 participants varying in age.
